You could try just before dinner Go put your stuff in the washer check the time then go to tea Go back when the time is up put stuff in dryer check the time go get ready for dinner then go get your things when the time is up on the dryer I have done this as well as during lunch hours The trick is to make sure you are there when the machine stops

We asked the front desk to call a taxi to get to the cruise port no problem he had his pass ready as we pulled up to the port entrance

House select is just wine by the glass/beer at lunch & dinner If you drink spirits you would need the Prestige package which is the same wine by the glass/beer/ spirits anytime If you drink more than 4-5 drinks a day the Prestige package would probably work for you If you pay as you drink then remember to add 20% gratuity on to the menu price

Anyone can request any sodas that might be different that the normal Coke eg if you want Coke Zero or Mountan Dew type drinks you should ask well in advance

Considered BUF once we lived north of TO checked out flights... all with connections NOPE We will be trying YXU this fall now we have moved to Southern Ontario We have a connection in YYZ on the way home from MIA not ideal but might be a one & done with YXU Time will tell People have to choose what works best for them

Maybe you just have to tell them to call when they are on the way 😄 We have not been in a suite but they did call when we ordered for a B category cabin

Sorry Ok I will rephrase There may have been a group onboard that would be wearing name tags so maybe not staff being noisy @sunlover12 We did have one group of "adults" that were in the grand hall near Martinis they were having a VERY good time so much so one man could not walk they had to get a wheelchair to take him to his cabin he bypassed the GDR

Unusual for the staff to be acting like that in the public areas Are you sure they were not an alumni group ..we have had some onboard that were pretty bad some nights

On the O class ships they never told us until the day of the class what you would be preparing maybe you can corner the Chef in the Culinary centre before hand to see what they will be preparing for those classes

I guess they are a little less intimate but not so large that it feels crowded like I remember some main stream lines JMO We like both sizes of O ships

In the past it was Mar/Apr then Aug/Sept about 18 mths out but now they are doing 2 yrs ahead so they might be later

Pre covid they would give independent pax a tender ticket for those that were there early & if room on the tender your ticket would be called They only allow so many pax on a tender so of course ship's tour take priority

Very unfortunate situation Just because people have money to cruise does not mean they have good manners I would have asked the staff to speak to them Maybe they should have stayed in their cabin if they cannot drink / behave responsibly 🙄

Do you mean the larger Oceania ships or larger main stream ships?

We liked the Hyatt place 10th Ave near Harbour Shops A taxi is a quick trip to the port or they do have a shuttle for a fee but you go to other piers depending on where the pax are going at the time Not sure the prices now seems the hotels are making up for losses due to the pandemic years
