  1. The USB ports on the nightstands are very slow to charge. Bring your original AC wall adapter unless you have lots of time.
  2. Funny thing is that we're seven months away from cruising and it let us choose our DR and times. Very strange. 🤔
  3. Aggravating to say the least. 😖
  4. Our first booster info was just written on the card. The 2nd booster was a sticker at the bottom. I guess they just put another sticker over it from now on?? I only wish they would have made the card a standard size. It doesn't fit well into anything. 😒
  5. Not the ones they issued down here. There's nothing on the back of the card to link it to the front. I though it might be a good idea to upload it just in case I lost it by accident but it's not worth the trouble.
  6. I'll give that a try but it really doesn't prove anything since I can combine any information from the backside from another persons info onto my card. It appears as a very poor way of proving nothing. 😉
  7. They say no plastic bottles but it's not enforced. In March I boarded 3 times with 6 one liter bottles in my carryon and no one said a word.
  8. The questions don't change during a B2B cruise. You would be surprised how close the percentages are from one cruise to the next.
  9. I honestly don't think a cruise ship is the safest place for a vacation at this time. It's impossible to stay isolated from others on a ship compared to say like an all inclusive resort.
  10. That's what the Enchanted was like. It was almost like there was no ventilation system working. We tried going there at different times & finally just gave up on using the casino altogether.
  11. We also do longer trips and I suppose I could have sent in items for cleaning last trip but I didn't. I can't forget how they damaged some of my better tops in their laundry a while ago. I just put the dirty items in the trunk of my car during a B2B trip.
  12. We haven't had the occasion to use laundry in a long time. Most of our trips are in the Caribbean nowadays and since we drive to the port I can take as much or as little clothing as needed. I prefer to wash and dry my clothing at home where I can control everything. Yes the priority tendering can be beneficial but other than Princess cays there aren't that many tendering ports in the Caribbean. (G Cayman) We don't go to Princess Cays to often any more and just enjoy the ship. My husband went without me last cruise since he hadn't gone in many cruises. Nothing new plus he didn't like fight the files at lunch time.😄
  13. That's pretty much the same way as when the ship was in the Caribbean. Most people didn't wear masks at any time, including elevators or theater, while a few wore them all the time, even at the bars between sips. No one would say a word one way or the other.
  14. There must have been a temporary problem with the machines. It was available on the Enchanted in March.
  15. If we send in anything, and that's a big if, it goes to cleaning. We've learned our lesson with the laundry.
  16. What is it with people wearing baseball caps while eating? Not that I care one way or the other but I just don't see the reason behind it.
  17. It could be. Perhaps covid precautions are back?
  18. We saw it on the Enchanted and once was enough. We would skip it next time & go to a bar for a drink. Bring back shows similar to "On the Bayou" .
  19. Unfortunately, that's probably one of the last remaining Elite perks that is still worth anything. 🙁
  20. When I said "in line with everyone" it was to imply the major cruise lines leaving from US ports. The Cunard and P&O lines are in a category by themselves. People that travel on them are usually not in the same class as the majority of cruisers leaving from US ports. Sure they'll always be those that prefer to dress up on a cruise but it's nice that Princess has given people the choice on how to dress, not forced to conform to a standard for the enjoyment of others. I hope you receive the level of enjoyment on those lines that continue to provide that level your accustomed to.
  21. It was non smoking only for a very short period of time a few months ago. It's back to smoking again.
  22. It was headed in that direction for years now but since covid, Princess is now in line with everyone. I'm sure some people are disappointed but the cruise line has to make money somehow and irrating people to dress to a certain standard isn't the time to do it.
  23. I never used it until last cruise & I was surprised it worked so good on a cruise ship. The only problem I had was hearing the conversation with all the background noise sometimes, but that's my problem. It's easily solved by using texting. I also tried the Zello app which worked but it's really annoying using a walkie talkie on a ship.
  24. It doesn't bother me one way of the other how people dress for the dining room. All I know for sure is that Princess is now allowing people to dress casually on every evening, which I've been asking about for years now. It's similar to all the other mass market cruise lines but they still haven't changed their info on their web site to reflect it. People can choose for themselves just how dressy or casual they want to be on any night.
