  1. There have been a lot of cases where it doesn’t show shipped, but it comes. Did you place the order at the same time for 2? If so, they should be in the same package. So many errors on OM. SMH Of course, not enough time to reorder.
  2. That was an error way back! I had very good luck calling PCL and don’t try for CS agent, you want an Ocean Ready agent. I pressed 2 first and then 1 the rest of the options till I got OR. Alex fixed one of our cruises, that had populated totally screwed up. That should be an easy fix. Good luck.
  3. Log into your DH’s account on the website. Does it show Platinum? Compare the Captain circle number, is it correct? You need PCL to correct this. I would not want to deal with it OB, unless you have to. Try calling: 1 (866) 288-5038 Loyalty desk. If you can’t get through, email the department, give your full names, dob, Captain circle numbers and tell them his should be merged, if they show 2 numbers, etc. Give them your booking number. captainscircle@princesscruises.com If your TA/CVP will help, that’s even better. Check with them first. Let us know what works!
  4. If you really don’t have access to a printer, that’s fine. But, the way I’ve seen the porters grabbing bags and trying to make their tips, I would always have my own luggage tags on my bags. Depending on the port, it is crazy sometimes. Of course, I always like to be prepared and make the checkin as stress free as possible. 🥴 YMMV
  5. Printing your luggage tags will make it a little easier tor you. If not time, hotel should have a business center where you or staff could do it? At this point just staple them at the hotel, not much time for Amazon. I would also print the Travel Summary, has all your information, etc. Last resort, the luggage porters could get tags for you. We go early to start the fun! Check in at the muster station, check out the ship. Lunch. They will tell you when rooms are ready, usually 1-130pm. We drop our bags in the room in the closet. Room not ready, just explore and have lunch. Have fun! Relax!
  6. Wondering the same thing. Did you get a DA with an angled balc? Or, the standard? Have you seen your balcony on any of the reviews? Would be nice to know the size. So, looking around at reviews, they look really small 36 SQ FT. Maybe like some other ships 9x4. It would be tight. Just fits 2 chairs, no foot stools, small table. It might fit the folding table they bring with them. Just have to put chairs sideways, which they do anyway. Here’s a pic of a DA balcony on 11.
  7. What is the bar where everyone knows your name? Boston Bar “Cheers.” 😝 Couldn’t resist, sorry. We liked the bartender’s at Good Spirits and it was on our way to our MDR Santorini’s. Convenient.
  8. Our favorite dinner to book! If you’re doing it the first night, put that in the notes when you book it. Then call RS upon boarding and make sure it is okay. They will take your order and any food restrictions. Have another date in mind, just in case. First day is a little busy for the MDR’s and I usually choose another port day, with a beautiful backdrop. But, your cruise, your choice! The earliest is usually 5pm when the MDR is open. Sometimes they do it at 530p earliest. Depends on the ship. Yes, you can reserve for 1, it is a dinner for two. Click on both names if you have the option. Yes, photo is included. But, remind the waiter you would like the photo. They will bring photographer up. You also get a small vase of a couple of flowers on the table. Still our favorite, not many cuts here. A lot of food, so pace yourself. Thank goodness there is a mini fridge! We do it every cruise and they never disappoint! Do check your weather ahead of time. You want a great weather day.
  9. 😝 Funny responses. I just hope those who participated didn’t have to pay $14.99 per person, without a package. 😆
  10. It has always done that. You tried to link booking? You can click cancel and it will open a new screen to log in or move down to login using booking number. That usually gets you in. Cumbersome and clumsy website way to log in. Also, if login with booking number, name, dob doesn’t work, try your DW info. Also, you try your back button with that response to log in. Someone suggested, didn’t work for me.
  11. That’s because you’re special! 😆 Seriously, I had to twice. But, I used to request it on the App. Depends on your steward.
  12. They do advise you OB if there are changes. You can request a patter from your cabin steward. They also advise several times…the must be OB time, upon arrival of the port, as guests are getting off.
  13. IDK when you booked these, but many errors happened when they were updating the MDR changes. I waited to see if it corrected itself….it did not. I had very good luck calling OceanReady. Mine had populated incorrectly and cross over between ships and MDR. Anyway, not CS, you need OceanReady (OR), if they can’t fix it, tell them to open a ticket for IT to fix it! They work by date of travel, so IT may be slow. YMMV Call the Princess line, press 2 and after that, keep pressing 1, until you get the option for OR. I got through in 2 mins and Alex fixed it, so far! 🥴 Call during the week, not on Sat or Sun. BTW, this thread is really old. There is a current Princess Medallion App thread on the first page of the forum. Good luck, let us know if they help you. Here’s the main App thread:
  14. As far as I know, the day you are quarantined is day 1. Never heard of a partial day. If you have an insurance policy, you should check with them for a medical trip interruption. Make sure to get a letter from the ship’s medical of time you were quarantined. There is coverage with PVP insurance for covid quarantine, per their website. It’s under Princess Vacation Insurance. Move all the way down to FAQ. https://www.princess.com/en-us/plan/princess-vacation-protection Q: What if I find out I was exposed to someone either on my way to my cruise or during the cruise, and I end up being isolated in my cabin for part or all of the voyage? A: PVP provides reimbursement for the days you are confined to your cabin if the confinement is ordered by a medical professional. Q: Does PVP cover my medical expenses if I get COVID-19 during my cruise? A: Yes, PVP provides reimbursement for eligible medical expenses for any illness, including COVID-19.
  15. Website> cruise personalizer >Travel summary. This is a great thing to print before your cruise and take along. Has a lot of information.
  16. That’s how they programmed it for the full ship schedule. SMH You can look under my journey>book shore excursions> there you will see the arrival and departure times. I always refer to the travel summary for the most up to date.
  17. That link is helpful, as you can see the cruises they are on. Most importantly, how large is the group. 🥴
  18. It really depends on how big the group is. Your TA/CVP may be able to find out through their PCL rep. We’ve had a couple of groups on ours, one was Baltic and smaller group, 200, did not impact our cruise. They had their own private meetings and parties. Except aft pool was always full. We also had a Caribbean cruise with a large group, about 400. Never could get near the Aft pool and the bars were always crowded. But, that can be with any cruise. SD was hard to get a reservation, but not a big deal. They also had many private events. Personally, if it’s a small group, I’d keep it, but large, I’d rebook, as with any large group, I’d rather take another one.
  19. If you see an eticket, that ticket has been issued. You can see on the DL App, under view receipt the eticket number… it starts with 006….
  20. Refund obc, windowed envelope from Bottomline Technologies with Princess Cruises below it.
  21. I have to agree with the CS issues since the restart have been bad. Normally, I don’t contact them, but today I did. The was an App issue…so not bothering my CVP. One of my cruises out of 6, totally populated incorrectly into the downloaded App. I couldn’t check in because I’m under 18. 🤪 I couldn’t reserve dining because I’m not an Elite … Yes I am!! I couldn’t do anything else, unless you accept the contract! Hello? Tried the website version of the App. Used the booking number and it opened another cruise, not this one. Okay! That’s it! I am calling! Called the PCL line (yikes!) phone tree…pressed 2 then 1 many times to get to Ocean Ready. Alex said it was really messed up. He entered manually all the fields of information from my other cruises and I couldn’t believe he fixed it. That is the first time I’ve had anything fixed over the phone on the App. Wow! So, if you are having App issues, try the prompts until you get to Ocean Ready. YMMV However, other issues…we will just keep helping each other.🥴
  22. If you have a problem with the App…try the phone tree. I clicked #2 then all rest of the options …clicked number 1. I did get through to the OceanReady line, Alex. He was able to understand and fix one of my cruises, that totally populated incorrectly into the App. I could not check in, or do absolutely anything on the App. He was able to go through each item and correct on his end. I was surprised. So, try the PCL line, but definitely try to get through to OceanReady, by following the prompts. YMMV
  23. Then, you can call the Consulate of Greece and ask. They are all over the US, just google it. NY, Chicago, Atlanta, LA, etc. We are not here to give immigration advice, but merely give advice or guidance where to go. Just trying to help. Based upon the wording in my Travel Summary, I would not get a visa. But, I understand your concerns because you’re getting conflicting information from CBIT.
  24. They are mistaken. You could call and speak to someone else. But, this verbiage has not changed. It’s been the same for the last few years. You can call the consulate directly in NY and ask them. Make sure it is not a new employee, like CBIT might have been. Montenegro Consulate in New York Address. 801 2nd Avenue 7th Floor. 10022. New York. Phone. +1-212-661-5400. Fax. +1-212-661-5466. Email. consulate.newyork@mfa.gov.me
