  1. Exactly. OP doesn’t give much information. Makes it more difficult to answer question.
  2. A test would be the easy way to do it, IF you test negative…no problem. However, a test is not required if you take the other route. The issue with that, is that you may be subject to a secondary test before boarding. Look at the rules on the website, for your options if you have recently tested positive within 90 days of sailing, but you have 10 + days before your sail date. I pasted this from the website Sailing from the US. What if I had COVID-19 before my vacation and recently recovered? Will I be able to sail? Guests who have recovered from COVID-19 within three months from the date of their cruise departure or cruisetour departure (whichever starts first) do not need to take a viral test before embarkation if they are at least 10 days past their COVID-19 infection, have no symptoms and produce documentation of recovery from COVID-19. Documentation of recovery consists of the following: Paper or electronic copies of the positive viral test result from a certified laboratory (dated no more than 90 days ago) or A valid digital COVID-19 certificate (DCC) or a document issued by an official health or government authority showing confirmed previous infection Guests who present these documents will need to go through a secondary screening at the terminal, and boarding will be approved at the medical staff’s discretion. Guests who are unable to provide documentation of recovery that fulfills the above requirements must take the required COVID-19 viral test and show a negative result. Don’t rely on answers on CC or other social media sites, as they can change very quickly. Check PCL website. Last update was July 14, 22. Just yesterday.
  3. Same here. We were on that ship too and EZAIR got us home from Buenos Aires before the President of Argentina closed the borders at midnight!
  4. You don’t have to use the App. If you have issues with it, you can still do it on the website under the cruise personalizer. If you go to checkin…right under the button for download App, you’ll see a link, for the web version. You can still print your luggage tags and travel summary 75 days before on the website, just like before. Don’t stress over the app. You still bring your documents to the port for them to check, passport, vax card and covid test results.
  5. Its 2 days before. Go by the website. That’s more official. A lot of discrepancies on the App. Voyages Departing from Canada Updated: June 24, 2022 Vaccination Status Definition by Country's Health Authority Pre-Travel Test Type & When to Take Test Before Boarding Age: 5 Years and Up Fully Vaccinated Received primary series of COVID-19 vaccines with final dose at least 14 days before embarkation. Antigen within 2 days OR PCR within 72 hours Up to Date Received all recommended COVID-19 vaccines, including any booster dose(s) when eligible at least 7 days before embarkation. Antigen within 2 days OR
  6. I would definitely book a backup in case this hotel doesn’t come through.
  7. Wonder a year from now, if they will still use that deck? Why? Some of the better cabins are on that deck. They are allowing bookings on the forward section. They know we won’t have to quarantine next year! 😂

No problem. Did you use the phone or chat line for Princess? (So as to help others)
  9. That’s what I did also for final payment on a cruise. Thank you.

  11. Thanks @Steelers36 …nice of you! Don’t say that…you’ve worked so hard on DMW. You better let us know “Live” that it’s working!
  12. They are being changed from the Emerald to the Regal. Once the cabins have been rebooked, they should list the cruises and open them for sale.
  13. Awesome thanks. So, then you can use them for OBC and it just comes off your folio?
  14. Princess has their own on the aarp site.
  15. Have you taken these printed gift cards OB and turned them into OBC at GS?
  16. On AARP you have to click on rewards from the menu select ALL rewards abd move down.
  17. Yes true! I was able to get the CS agent to help with one booking, but not a rebooking. But I got through right away to the first agent, held a while foe the EZAIR agent. But OP needs to be rebooked.
  18. Look at the airline schedules and see what would work for you on their current schedules (airline website) and ask them to rebook it for you when you talk to Princess.
  19. No…don’t rebook unless it’s cheaper! Call now…call the regular Princess phone and push the option for EZAIR.
  20. If carrier shows cancelled, then it’s cancelled. If it were me, I would call EZAIR to see what they protected you on. They probably have not updated or worked your record. Call Princess and push the option for EZAIR. Hopefully, a rep can help. You don’t say how far out you are. The Princess phone and option for EZAir is actually CS, because EZAIR is overwhelmed with changes. But, see if CS can help. If you have a TA call them also.
  21. Maybe someone OB your ship now could ask the Steward? Check for a roll call? They just don’t look like a KG to me. Looks more like a QN pillow. But, stewards would know.
  22. It says King sized feather pillows on the website. I never thought about it. Looks more like Queen size or standard to me. https://www.princess.com/ships-and-experience/princess-luxury-bed/science-behind-the-bed/ Move down to the bottom.
  23. Thank you so much for explaining. You are a wealth of information and truly appreciated. The workers were midship almost everyday and said it was a leak. It looked as though they were working on an open panel midship port side, near the floor. They also kept spraying air freshener, so we avoided the area as much as possible. But, from the elevators you could see them working. I asked on cruises after dry dock and they seemed to think this area was repaired.
  24. What are the using the DR Michelangelo for? CC? Midship 5.
