  1. I believe it is possible but not sure how you do it, there will be guys walking around to “sell” beverage packages, hopefully they can help you.
  2. Have been on 10 MSC cruises, various ships out of Florida - 1. We only use one device so cannot comment. 2. Easy does not work in Specialty Restaurants but Easy Plus and higher do. If you have Easy just pick up beverages at a bar prior to dining experience. 3. Portions in dining room are more than adequate but if you need more food order more than one entree. 4. We have never had problems with App on board ship. 5. Muster works fine, you do not need to jam up at stairways, wait til crowd clears. 6. I have always booked on line with no problems. Just this week though I booked through an MSC Agent as I wanted two specific cabins and she was excellent. 7. Main theatre - no charge, Back of ships is a theatre that does have a charge - if choosing to go to those shows book ahead, save $. 8. Taking beverages into theatre, we have found depends on ship.
  3. Having cruised once on MSC and been given a number and of course am at lowest level, can I still do a Status Match after the fact?
  4. Excited for you. We are Seashore Yacht Club (first time) Interior March 2024, thank you for pic of Cabin. Is mini fridge stocked daily, does Butler ask preferences!
  5. What you are doing works great. Courtyard very nice. As I said you can walk to Whole Foods from there.
  6. Hmm, me again, are you talking Miami or Port Canaveral? Whole Foods is within walking of downtown Miami Courtyard.
  7. It’s a great idea. We have done it. I actually think we also stayed at the Courtyard. Hotel is within walking distance to Whole Foods.
  8. Only Aurea Experience are assigned “anytime dining” on MSC for dinner. For breakfast and lunch you can go to dining room and request a table for two. On recent MSC cruise we found they really pushed the “shared tables” but we always insisted on a table for two and were given one, although the table for two might be right beside another table for two!
  9. Are the Daily Service Fees on MSC ships out of Florida the same no matter what "experience" you are on the ship?
  10. And we have observed anytime dining often opens 15 minutes before first/early seating.
  11. I have heard some people purchase more than one bottle and take to cabin unopened, depending on your server. But only in Steakhouse. Always worth an ask!
  12. But don’t tell too many cruisers about this #1 excursion, don’t want too many signing up, will get too crowded - ha.
  13. You always do great with both the long version and short version recaps. So much work for you, very much appreciated. This cruise you made all of us into mystery writers, it was “Where in the World is Megan?” for a few days!
  14. We were in that area a couple weeks ago, were in a Cove Balcony, but apart from enjoying the balcony, deck 5 was an excellent location. We were able to “get to know” decks 6,7,8 very quickly and as a result thoroughly enjoyed the ship and all she had to offer. We are cruising on Celebration again in January, deck 5 again. Enjoy. Ship is lovely.
  15. I asked this question a couple weeks ago and was told that yes, at Rudi’s as well, you receive a free bottle of wine the first and second nights of the cruise. So having done the steakhouse on several ships we are looking forward to Rudi’s our first night on board. Looked over the menu and glad to see different appetizers and desserts.
  16. Mystery solved, whew! I think all your followers had various scenarios going through our minds - but I would place bets on none of us coming up with this one. Safe travels home.
  17. Megan has always been able to do “lives” from other ships/cruise lines, I have followed them often.
  18. So is today another “day at sea” and we won’t hear from her due to the fine internet on the ship? Just wondering. I am one of her followers who has been checking every so often, well too often really, yikes.
  19. Prior to our Celebration cruise, and after I read about this on cc, I made certain our dining choice was YTD. I also checked our upcoming Mardi Gras and second Celebration cruises making certain we were YTD. Would not have been aware of this if I had not read about it here. Thank you to all who offer tidbits of information.
  20. So we’re thinking Mr. Megan lost his “sail card” in a tussle!
  21. There is no library on the Celebration, as it turned out the “crate” was the library!
  22. I ran out of books to read on Celebration a couple weeks ago. I went to Guest Services and asked if I had “missed” finding a library on the ship. The guy went to the back and came out with a crate of books, I suppose books people have left, so found one to read and was pleased. Who would’ve known!
  23. Megan, you go have fun, work it out tomorrow.
