Does Celebrity offer transfers from Seattle to Vancouver and return? Where would they pick up in Seattle?

How was the bus? Do you have assigned seats? What was customs like on the bus? Any other thoughts on the bus?

Don't they do the train back?

The train times do not look convenient for coming off a cruise.

A little off topic but I have a question. How does someone who has never been on Celebrity get a casino comp deal? We have about 8 Celebrity cruises under our belt with 2 of them where I organized groups. So what does one have to do?

So which one goes furthur? It sounds like the Yukon one. So you would see the same things as on the White Pass and then go more into the interior of Alaska?

The train in Skagway really has me confused. I have confirmed a ship excursion called White Pass. Then I looked at Chilikoot and they have a White Pass and a Yukon Pass. Are these different trains? It seems they do different routes and I don't know which one is the best to take. Any thoughts?

I received a blue chip offer. 1 option is Alaska. I already have the Solstice confirmed for June 2024. This offer is for June 2023 and is a concierge cabin. I would have to give up Skagway (and the train) and Dawes Glacier but would pick up Hubbard Glacier. Do you think I could still get an aft veranda cabin? What exactly would I have to pay for? Would like to hear your thoughts please?

How is the walk to Canada Place with luggage?

I googled the hotel. It is right on the water. Looks like a nice property. Thanks for the heads up. I will look into pricing it for our trip. Google says it is a 16 minute walk to Canada Place (cruise terminal). 1.4km or 0.87 of a mile. But with luggage? Maybe they have a shuttle? Worth asking. Enjoy your trip!!

With the luggage fees you have to pay to the airlines, no more 2 suitcases for those evening dresses!!!

I am aware that the cost of food has skyrocketed. And cut backs are pretty much the norm right now. But not everybody likes Oriental cuisine. The variety seems very limited. That pizza has got to be like cardboard. The pasta dishes are probably stuck to the pan. I see they were carving turkey. How about complimenting that with mashed, stuffing and fresh veggie. Good sides for a meat selection would be scalloped potatoes or mac and cheese. And they should have 1 station for burgers/grilled chick sandwiches/hot dogs open. How about beef stew and biscuits? Switch it up. IMO. (tired of watching football...LOL)

We did the sting rays. I think she would enjoy it. And I love GC. She would also like the turtle farm where she can hold a turtle. We have also done Atlantis there which is kind of cool seeing what's under the sea.

Bell bottoms have already made a comeback. And I just gave away my last velour track suit when I moved to SC last year!!!! Did I just age myself? I have really enjoyed this conversation. Got a lot of good laughs!!!

And what about skorts for women? No one has mentioned skorts, which I wear all the time in the summer.
