  1. You do get the laundry, and 10% off in shops (but only on retail price items), and 10% for shore excursions. You can trade the mini bar in if you don't want what is offered, but unless you are getting more alcohol the value isn't much.
  2. You can likely be waited on after 10 minutes. You need to sit nearer the main buffet area. If you sit farther away from where the food is, the longer it takes for someone to walk around. As to your other comment, while not the same, find the snacks you like before the buffet closes and take them back to your room, then have your snack whenever you want after the buffet closes. We will sometimes grab items we like and save them for later.
  3. Yes, at guest services
  4. It's getting worse. Multiple times this week and if you look their way, they get offended. Princess needs to address it. Ear buds should be the only way to listen to music or talk on your phone.
  5. One of the poor designs by Princess, that they never fix, is only having one drink station on each side of the buffet. Creates a huge bottleneck, plus the ice machines are always empty and they bring out containers of ice that people use all manner of ways to get ice. I bring ice with me from the bar when the ice machine isn't working. They should have at least 2 on each side. One thing I liked better on Celebrity was multiple drink stations all over the pool decks.
  6. Side comment from me. I wish princess would ban Bluetooth speakers. People bring them and blare music and then they yell at the people they are with to talk. Very disruptive, particularly in the retreat area.
  7. Our experience is they have made the buffet area almost exclusively self service. There are rarely employees to help with anything in the table areas.
  8. Probably not supposed to, but doubt they stop you. They really don't check what is in bags.
  9. This is me. I put my cpap machine in my carryon bag. Never had security stop me. But as someone pointed out, it does not count against your carry on bags should you choose to carry I separately.
  10. I should add, the European plug goes into the wall, I then plug the light in and my extension cord with US outlets and USB plugs. Then plug my cpap and other items into it.
  11. Yep, this is me. Lido pizza is good enough to me to not feel the need to pay extra for another on the ship. Weird to me they made another pizza option when they did.
  12. Mine fits in the open space under the tabletop nightstand. I use a European plug adapter for the outlet.
  13. Easily. We fly home Saturday and have a 10am flight I typically don't book before 9:30am, but 11am is easy. Don't rush either, leaving the ship around 8am is plenty of time. Have a nice relaxing breakfast.
  14. As early as booking is open for the cruise you want. It's automated.
  15. No surprise here with the way their customer service is now How do you like Virgin? Been thinking about trying it.
  16. Send more money. It costs green to be green lane. I'm kidding, sort of.
  17. Food is very subjective, and IMO, I'm the quality isn't what it once was, but I always find items I enjoy and never go hungry. The beauty of cruiseline food is if you order something and don't like it they will bring you something different.
  18. I see them scraping the grill regularly as well as spray water on it. We get it, you don't go to the buffet and that is fine. Others do, and that is fine as well.
  19. We were in Cozumel two days ago, Belize yesterday and Roatan today. Port areas seem very safe to me. I would only venture out on a ship excursions or reputable excursion company.
  20. Yep, and while most are contractors, they operate as employees of the cruise line in their duties.
  21. This was going to be my comment. Makes no sense to think that tourist restaurants are any more sanitary than those on the ship.
