I definitely agree with upping the points for each level. Platinum at 150 is good with me because I have 160. 😆 Our last cruise on Freedom had 300 Platinums. Past guest party was crazy crowded!
We have been getting the drinks on us while gambling in the casino for the past 2 years. I can tell you this...the service is much better and faster if you throw the server a buck or 2 for each drink. They will seek you out!😜
We sailed her in late July. Stayed on Lido deck. Never smelled the poop smell anywhere on the ship, but didn't go below the lobby deck. Smelled a little weed but that is not specific to just the Liberty. 😜 Especially now since it is legal in so many places.
We get a small credit every cruise. Usually it is associated with a refund due to being overcharged for port fees. I guess they estimate these...and /or the prices fluctuate constantly.
Carnival TV used to be pretty good. Now it sucks. I understand that if you don't cruise a lot it doesn't matter because you are enjoying all that the ship has to offer. But when you cruise 5 or 6 times a year that TV in the cabin used to be a good way to chill. Not anymore.
My guess is maybe the TA booked you under a different fare code?
I have switched fare codes through my PVP and lost OBC, but it was a much better rate so it was worth it.
We were at Princess Cay in May but did not receive a private islands survey. Thank you for telling them they need to step up their game as far as that tired old buffet goes!
If both you and your spouse received the DOU offer, the casino will honor it for both of you no matter which one of you actually booked the cruise. If only one of you received the offer, it will only apply to that person.
