  1. We've been loyal Celebrity cruisers but now my favorite is Oceania! The food is so much better and they remind me of how Celebrity was when we first started sailing. My only complaint about our Oceania cruise was too many ports.
  2. That's how I was able to access it. Is there another way?
  3. My cruise is on an M class ship and it's listed as Relaxation Areas
  4. When I followed the directions under "How to Search" I was able to see what looks like 2118 reviews.
  5. We're long time fans of Celebrity but we've been disappointed with some of the changes they've made over the years. Oceania does things the way Celebrity used to and their food is a good as Celebrity's was years ago, it not better. There is no elitism on Oceania, everyone is treated the same. That was one of the things we liked when we first sailed on Celebrity and we're not happy about the change. Oceania has several specialty restaurants that are available at no extra charge.
  6. Because of covid restrictions we had to take Oceania excursion on our European cruise. We enjoyed all of them. Maybe they weren't as crowded as usual since they were sailing at about half of capacity.
  7. I'm curious, what cruise lines do you usually sail? We've taken around 15 cruises and we've never been given OBC by the cruise line.
  8. If I remember correctly, the QR code just takes to the the app so you can download it. We've done the same as Tom and Judy, logged on to emed.com.
  9. I got the same message on several cruises. Then I got an email to continue the booking and was able to see the cabins. The usual Celebrity IT FU.
  10. I'm actually more sympathetic than I sound. Here's a picture of our luggage after Alaska Airlines got through with it in 2016. They claimed it was "normal wear and tear." We disagreed and they finally replace it.
  11. As someone who is extremely salt sensitive, I understand the reasons for using less salt on cruises but somethings need to be salted while they're cooking. Potatoes and eggs come to mind.
  12. I'm not sure what you mean by a gratuity being added to your account. There is no charge for room service breakfast after 6:00 am.
  13. The ships usually have huge sales for any location specific items on the last cruise
  14. Unfortunately I was having some problems with my tummy and was trying to avoid grease. I don't usually have seasickness but this transpacific had me mildly nauseous for the first 4 or 5 days.
  15. True but I haven't seen those discussed on Celebrity for a couple of years. Probably because of covid.
  16. No, they discuss the same things as on the Oceania boards
  17. No, but their "Always Included" bookings include, gratuities, drinks and internet.
  18. My roll call for a Celebrity cruise next May only has 4 people following so it's not just a Oceania issue.
  19. We're on the same October cruise as you and I'm having the same issue. We're booked on Celebrity cruises 10/15/22, 5/24/23 and 2/21/24. The only one that has info in the app is the one for 2/21/24.
  20. Even onboard there were some discrepancies on our cruise. The only one I remember was the chicken liver parfait was missing on the app but available at dinner.
