you did the right thing to go to the ER, I slipped and fell on ice on my way to the office 4 weeks ago, and kept saying I am fine until 1:00 p.m. that day when I realized I was not fine, fractures in 2 bones, I have been in a hard splint for 4 weeks (love that I can take it off to shower) and have another follow up today. Pain was really bad at first due to the swelling compressing the tendons.

I am not a lawyer I do not play one on TV, but you do not have a case. you were much better off escalating to supervisors and going higher and nicely asking for your money back, instead it seems that you jumped the gun got really pissed off and threatened to go to court.

on my last 2 cruises, last January and May, i had to ask to get plain yogurt and they always found some for me. So if you do not see what you want, always ask and you might be pleasantly surprised. I only use monkfruit for sweetener and always bring those with me.

I am on the April 21 sailing going through the panama canal right now for Colon there are only 2 excursions, do you have more for your cruise?
