  1. We almost always get off in those 3 stops. We purchase bungalow on Labadee , head to Old San Juan for lunch and sightseeing, and it's been so long since the last time we were in St. Marteen we would definitely want to see it again. We usually reserve staying on the ship for the western itinerary.
  2. It does. I just posted the link to the liquor. If you back out it also shows the wine selection. Hit the the Wine & Liquor at the top: https://www.royalcaribbean.com/royalgifts/
  3. It's listed under Royal Gifts but it's a very limited selection. https://www.royalcaribbean.com/royalgifts/wine-liquor?cat=52
  4. Agree with this although our first day on Allure 2 weeks ago the bars were missing a lot of inventory. Day 2 they were restocked.
  5. We usually buy the package and just did again today. Never once have I worried about getting my money's worth although I'm pretty sure we at least break even. It's part of the enjoyment of our cruise. Worry free. Some of you need to stop worrying about what other people spend their money on. It makes you look envious.
  6. We've been waffling on the package for our November Serenade because we're D+. Just tried to buy it and I keep getting an error when I hit submit. Maybe it's a sign. 😆
  7. Just came off May 14th Allure. We're not germaphobes by any means but we avoided packed elevators when possible and rolled our eyes at the 70 's party and Love & Marriage. A little personal space goes a long way. That said, it won't change our booking habits going forward. We know the risk and are OK with it.
  8. It wouldn't have shocked me if was open the sailing before.
  9. One bartender said it was a supply chain issue and another said Royal discontinued it. Who do you believe? <shrug>
  10. Went in there for lunch saw nothing on the buffet. My wife asked a white shirt if they were serving lunch and he said the no longer serve lunch.
  11. Was on this cruise too. Had a great time. Couple of small disappointments: - Still no Crown Royal on the ship. - No lunch in Solarium Bistro - Pub music was depressing (Schooner bar saved us) - Many people were there own worst enemies COVID wise Positives: - Good meals in CK and Giovanni's - Legit 2 IPAs (Stone & Terrapin) in the pub - Great Comedy shows in both the club and theater. - Found a great Whistle Pig Old Fashion at the Trellis Bar Side note: Young lady sat down next to me in the pub ordered a drink, said her card wasn't working and then proceeded to rattle off 3 different cabin numbers. Bartender kept punching in the numbers until he identified her. Can see how a less interested or distracted bartender may let it slide on the first try.
  12. Haven't done the MDR in a few years and have been sailing Royal for 20+ years. The only time we were escorted to our table outside of MTD was the first night. Once you were assigned a table it was survival of the fittest once the doors opened.
  13. You know things are getting back to normal when we're pontificating on sharing chocolate covered strawberries from the DL with low tier plebs.
  14. When they stopped renting tuxedos we stopped dressing formally.
  15. Lately it looks like anything in the $60 range is a good deal. Bought mine for May 14 cruise at mid $50 and just got an email for 40% off. Checked the price and it's $72.99. You gotta love Royal marketing.
  16. Cocktail -> muster -> cocktail -> snack -> cocktail -> cabin visit -> cocktail...mostly in that order.
  17. I'd say yes. We book the majority on our own but we started out with a TA. Every now and then I book through an on-line broker for extra perks but you won't get the same assistance as you would from a face to face TA.
  18. We like both Royal and Celebrity for their differences. We think the suite experience on Celebrity far exceeds Royal but we love those Crown Loft Suites. Royal entertainment far exceeds Celebrity hands down and night life for us on Royal is pub music, piano bar, and closing the night club. Celebrity has some good music too just not as much and what we like. Both lines market to different cruisers. Some times when you've become accustomed to the way of your favorite cruise line it may take a while to navigate a new one. We've never stood in line on an Oasis Class ship so it's doable.
  19. This maybe outdated information but I've booked under promotions in the past and not all the promotion benefits showed up on the initial invoice. I called and was told their system had a wait period before the benefits could be applied and to call back in 5 days for a new invoice. I'm not sure if this is the case anymore but you should at least call back for another invoice.
  20. Certain ports we never get off anymore. Nassau and Cozumel are probably at the top of the list and Falmouth is close behind.
  21. I'm in the take it up with the Retreat Manager camp. If he's stretched to thin they'll help him out. If he's just bad as his job they'll also help him out. Either way your experience will improve and that's the most important part.
