  1. Same, though savings not always available saved over $1K using Air2Sea over direct purchase for TransAt Flight.
  2. As said in article they test smoke free multiple times and the Casino is down those those Cruises
  3. Kidding but really not. On longer 10+ Cruises I do they refuel 1-2 times and with Open Deck Ban the only place on Ship to Smoke that day is inside the Casino
  4. Agree, I see Pick your own Cheaper at least once a week
  5. My Kids were little 2 different Neighbors Monitors were on same Freq as ours. At times heard some interesting conversations
  6. Agree and Common. Over the yrs similar issues with Azipods have happened on dozens of Ships/Lines. As in past Cruises continue on until parts/Drydock fix. Feel for Cruises, over last 35 yrs have Skipped, missed or shortened many Ports myself
  7. Just don't use the jell type decorations, observed many cabin doors still stained with Xmas and Halloween pumpkins years after they were on them
  8. Yup. Most my Cruises Thanksgiving/Thursday nite, wake up Friday to Ship all Decked out. And Santa is there each Cruise threw Xmas.
  9. Even IF there was that many Quarantined during Cruise doesn't mean they all had CV. My Daughter and Grand both had Sinus infection's last Month. Quarantined for 24hrs with Neg CV Tests and we enjoyed rest of our Cruise
  10. Agree, Port/Taxes that FCC can not be used for
  11. Agree big Difference, was on Voyager 22+ yrs ago, Explorer 21 and Nav 18. Actually enjoyed the Privacy on First Gen Voyager, was our last Cruise w/o the Kiddies
  12. She looked good when I was on her 22+ yrs ago. 😁
  13. Yeah, was my first guess when at least one person on here a day or 2 ago noticed some these Sailing on a different thread
  14. Still doing it on Jewel last month
  15. As they say, "When in Rome"... Nope! Not on this one
  16. Agree, well said. Personally known couple Dozen Cruisers that received Medical or Religious Exemptions on Royal Cruises. There was also several on Cruise Critic that received exemptions and talked about it on here 6+ Months ago. So yes it happens. Last people I traveled with was in April and was for Medical
  17. Love Radiance Class all the way. Will enjoy and only Cruise until they are gone. My Kids(& now Grands) enjoy any Ship they are on, Cruised on all starting with Sovereign though Quantum and Oasis Classes are their go to.
  18. True. Daughter with my SIL and Grand Daughter were with me April B4B on Jewel. She likes to eat in Main Dining, otherwise yes Cabin or WJ my go to last 4yrs and will be this Fall(SOLO). But even before that was lucky get Table number/Map for most my Cruises
  19. Just agreeing with OP, as I said above Regular Cruises from Cuba 'Possible"
  20. Each my Kids walked in on us from another room at one time, fortunately each time was in a Darker room and they were all under 5yrs old everytime. That said much as I hated explaining the Birds and the Bees to them prefer that then accidental Demonstration...
  21. Royal needed that small ship at the time, have to remember they were already making more $$$$ with all existing Ships, other routes and was running average 108+% Capacity. Now, not so much. Vision & near Radiance sized Ships of other lines have done Cuba. As we agree Royal won't attempt reg Cuba sailings again
  22. That was 5yrs, thousands of new Berths and a long CV time ago, though do see Vision Class Ship IF Royal was to deploy to Cuba. Possible but I don't see any Royal Ships going there in near future...
  23. Agree, Cruise Oct almost every yr since 2010 not really many issues except Waves and shorter days. 1990's-2002 would Cruise around Labor Day, many times had Port Changes as we did longer East/West/South Combo Cruises. Ended up few times Changing, Missing Ports or going in reverse order stops. One yr had 4 named Storms/Hurricanes that Cruise. Was a wild Cruise, smaller Ship bouncing all over place as we steered around some of worse. Even Ship Entertainment and some Crew was Sea Sick that week, Dozens with Sprains and Broke Bones, but we had a Blast and was one our most memorable
