I don't believe it gives you a brief description of the activity. I've been on so many cruises that I pretty much know what the activity is. But if you are new to cruising it can be a bit confusing. For me, I click on the activity and add it to my schedule so that I get a reminder of the event. If I'm busy else where on the ship and the reminder goes off, I can just cancel it and stay where I am.

Sad because it was nice to hop on that trolley to get to the fort.

Doesn't matter to me. I just love to sit on the balcony and look out at the sea.

I would book the casino rate. We used to book early saver and I kept checking prices only to find out that they really don't go down anymore. Plus I save myself the time of checking prices a lot.

We did a 13 day journeys cruise in Feb one year. There were more walkers, canes and scooters on that cruise than in a nursing home. No violent behavior on that cruise!! LOL

I had a server bring me my drink, I signed the receipt and then she walked away with my drink. I had to chase after her to get my drink.

If you wait till the end, the cruise director will be begging you to get off the ship.

Just got off the phone with my PVP at Carnival. The OBC is correct, woo hoo!!! The cost of the cruise had gone down and it was added as on board credit along with the $600 rebooking from Covid. We will definitely be using t his for excursions!! I'm so glad I called to confirm.

LOL Actually I had a late lunch so I ordered some light items off the menu and skipped dessert.

Note:If you like your table the first night, tell the hostess that you would like to be seated at that table every night. This way you can still get to know your server on a personal level. I went solo last cruise and my server had me out of there in 10 minutes!

If you show up at 10:30 they will check you in and then go sit in the waiting area. Suites will then be called first to board.

I just logged into our May 2023 cruise and we have $980 in on board credit???? I know we started with $600 and then I booked an excursion and ordered water. I have no clue where the other money came from!! It's not even my birthday LOL How long will it take them to find a mistake?

I second this. Hubby had DOU and I called the casino department and they extended it to me as well.

LOL. I ordered a pina colada for the husband (who was in the bathroom) and then a comfort and water for myself. Husband comes back and the bartender gave me the pina colada and the husband the comfort and water. Never assume LOL

There is a reason for this. To lessen the crowd on the Lido deck LOL

Hubby drinks Mountain Dew so its nice now that we don't have to stop and pick up a 12 pack and carry it on board. Stay with Pepsi!
