  1. I’ve amended the post, and the number (now post 647), about the 10% discount on Shore Excursions. As Scots Caz says, this is generally when you book 3 or more excursions on board for another booked cruise. Yes, some post (#) numbers may now be inaccurate if posts have been deleted. I will try and trawl through them to check. It’ll be slow progress as I’ll have to do it a page at a time. I’ve checked the first page of posts (#1-#25) and they are all accurate.
  2. We got the upgrade offer on 9 January for our 20 February Pursuit cruise - exactly 6 weeks before it. Made a low offer & still haven’t heard whether successful or not.
  3. We’ve had several cabins around 4050 and love them. Very quiet yet easy access to guest relations and only 1 floor to Mosaic, Discoveries & The Den.
  4. Yes, I agree, it’s very misleading. I also agree about marketing talk - although my pet hate is being told ‘your call is important to us’ - clearly not or you’d make sure it was answered! Sorry your OBC got muddled - hope you get it sorted.
  5. Ours in just over 2 weeks does too, but when I click on Manage Your Reservation, scroll down & click on the paper/pencil icon next to Excursions, they’re all there
  6. You can ask for cocktails to be made with the included drinks, but nothing with brandy as there is not an included brandy.
  7. Yes, however if you have lots of ‘spare’ OBC, it’s a good way of using it up. We’re hoping to do this in Gran Canaria to get to the aitport with a little bit of a tour on the way.
  8. Have to say we’ve never experienced that, thank goodness!
  9. Just seen in the topic Cost of Speciality Restaurants that mercruiser reported that the cost of speciality restaurants on Quest currently is $49, with the cost for a 3 tour package being @$120. Others reported that the cost had not changed on Journey earlier this year. I won’t change the spreadsheet just yet, but will certainly check this out on Pursuit next month.,
  10. Thanks for your post - a reminder to me to have a check through it. I’ve amended it in a few places, including the entry about reciprocal benefits, so that it shows that you retain benefits accumulated before Azamara left RCCL so long as you had sailed with Azamara before then. The price for the speciality restaurants in the spreadsheet of $35 was accurate in October/November.
  11. Absolutely. We mentioned how good our room steward was in the mid-Cruise feedback and he was delighted and told us so.
  12. Glad to hear it’s all sorted - enjoy your cruise!
  13. Java spot has just posted in the ‘Current list of Wines On Board’ that they were charged $15 corkage fee for wine. I’ve amended the Tips spreadsheet accordingly https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15Deg-GaeZYLml8NN3PVwoh_jUkQ8QmYUe1wxnVAlODE/edit
  14. Ours is finding it easy to work with Azamara now.
  15. Got ours via our TA for our 20 February cruise on Pursuit
  16. Maybe better to book directly then, unless you got a much better deal from your TA.
  17. No, so far as I am aware you are charged the full cost.
  18. Was it because it didn’t cover port fees, so 5% of the price without the port fees
  19. Also you can get pastries etc and a hot drink at Mosaic coffee bar on Deck 5, if you just want a quick breakfast after the gym.
  20. I’ve been known to go up to Deck 9 in my robe to get a cup of tea very early in the morning (before 6am)
  21. Here’s the programme from a sea day last year.
