  1. Hope whoever is on board leaves her in great shape..we board on Nov 8th Maybe it's for travel agents or those active on U Tube or FB,.,promotes the ship. Or just a great party for friends and family...the fundraiser is a nice idea!
  2. I have 2 diff pics of BEYOND Luminae..focus on tables for 2..one area is very nice...good spacing..other us a jammed in area..not good for us ...comments?
  3. Oh no..avoid them ALL I also skip any theater shows with bright blinky lights and very high volume.
  4. Thanks for the tour pics and commentary. We took this tour on EDGE...enjoyed and learned much,
  5. This looks better...wider walkway and the displays are mostly encased. The S class walkways are much brighter, not visually distracting and easier to pass through from what I recall,. I appreciated most of the art on EDGE but think well travelled public walkways should focus on folks getting through without migraines and visual/ sensory issues....or risk being run into by speeding scooters. We have a strategy to avoid the area on BEYOND so no impact..hopefully. just using stairs near BLU..there might be an outdoor path as well.. We will explore???
  6. Thanks..it has become a cruising ritual for us and we have the teas at home..along with a great teapot.
  7. Good news about BLU ..the food service and view! Do you think a suite guest could get in at opening time??? Or at least for breakfast one day? The wrapped teas in the buffet seem quite varied.. They will be fine for a quick cup. I prefer the Tea Forte in the afternoon at Cafe Baccio for a nice break ....with biscotti or almond cookies
  8. Happy Birthday Chemo, Happy Halloween! What great goodies on display..thanks for sharing..Have a great cruise!
  9. Oops.. Sorry I goofed..always thought AQ Class garnered more!
  10. Thanks for more Luminae details...it will be a new experience for us. We have been booking AQ Class since it started..except on our last EDGE cruise in a Sunset Veranda ( aft true balc cabin ) with the 4 mdrs... Getting excited!
  11. Still enjoying the great photos and informative review. It has definitely renewed our interest in booking Constellation....from Tampa.
  12. Hope this is severly limited.. Retreat and Luminae areas do not have room for many extra guests! Esp if cruise is fully booked for Retreat.
  13. Hope you have a smooth boarding day. BON VOYAGE!
  14. Thats what I recalledl. I think it was to facilitate family travel for upper level suites.....have not heard of anyone who experienced it
  15. Suggest you book res asap..pick times bd venues you want. Can always re arrange but advance res fill up quickly..
  16. Sunset Verandas on E class are a good option if you cannot go for a suite..We loved it!
  17. Def go AQ Class..BLU and very nice PG on Silhouette More nightly points and a few other perks Grab the deal
  18. love the plant photos..all looking very well cared for.. Retreat area looks very nice and the lunch menu seems fine..nice salad, shrimp cocktail and burger for dh. Is it always the same? Open on Sailaway day? Luminae is well decorated and has nice lighting, but I am concerned. We will not sit in a long row with 2 people each facing a partner.. but elbow to elbow. That's how it was in Cosmopolitan mdr on Edge... it is really one long table with orders taken in groups .Also find the banquette seats are not very comfy.. . We may have to find some dinner buddies to get a better set up. 4 seems ideal!
  19. Plenty of crisp fresh tasting veggies in the buffet. I use them in my lunch salads! Least amt of cooking best for most veggies..not potatoes.
  20. They made the 18% clear 2hen we pre booked spa res and pre paid with OBC. I would usually tip more at the spa and buy 1 item but now I am going to stick with what I booked. Will buy something at the perfume store if prices are okay.
  21. Thank you. Excellent, detailed informatve run down from someone with A+ cred on Cruise Critic in our opinion......
