Special situation.

Anything provided in the cost of the cruise except the room steward service does not get a tip. Do not care what others think. We refuse to double and occasionally triple pay for items.

If a doctor will sign paperwork to say he should not travel then a good possibility. Passport problems is anyones guess.

1:00 pm is 2.5 hours difference from 10:30 a.m. That could be the difference between making a flight and not. The OP is asking about a 10:25 flight. We were advised by our TA not to attempt it and we did not. Had a flight the next day at 9:30 that we made comfortably. This was on April 6 debarkation.

Only a few cabins on the upper decks can be selected. Other complete decks, 8,9,10 are reserved for non refundable GTY cabins.

But they are as the customer selection of cabins is very slim pickings.

We just debarked in Sydney from another cruise line. It is very doubtful to make a 10:45 flight on that day. We took the transport to the airport then a shuttle to a hotel for the night. Then caught a morning flight the next day. Not worth the worry at the end of a cruise.

Can see why it is not selling. Not an interesting agenda. Hardly goes anywhere. Appears boring.

No choice we would take Alaska. There are far many more cruises to the Caribbean that would be available at a later date.

I would update all materials including brochures and web site to reflect current conditions. I would tell all employees to only put out information that actually reflects current policy and operations. I would require ALL ships to conform to stated operations and policies to make them standard across the fleet. I would get rid of the Princess Plus and Premium programs and have one price for all for each cabin category. I would terminate anyone who tries to instigate programs that do not benefit the company or its customers. But then that is just me.
