I believe you’ve read that I cruised another lux line exclusively for many years and took my first of several SB cruises last summer. I tried not to compare the 2 lines (not always easy) and discovered there was very little I missed with a couple of exceptions. My husband and I love the ambiance on seabourn and for the foreseeable future, we see no need to go back to our previous lux cruise line nor cruise another one. Nancy

Have a great time…sailing on sb next year and we have 6 ports in Iceland, 5 new to us and 3 smaller BI ports also new to us. Will be on sb in a couple of weeks for 14 glorious days in Alaska…life is good and choice is good too! 😄 looking forward to following along. Nancy

Same issue here but not all the time. I did speak to a wonderful person on reservations a couple of months ago and she said would make sure to change everything to my email. I also do all the trip planning. Nancy

Used flight ease for the first time in April from Heathrow to my home city…my ta booked the flight the previous December, the exact flight I wanted and would normally book on my own. Got our seat assignments immediately and I could also check on the United website. The price was excellent and all went well. The only change we had was an aircraft change and the seats remained the same. Nancy

The website needs major work. I usually access via safari on my iPad and it’s hit or miss. I use chrome on my desktop and it’s also hit or miss. not sure if the july sojourn Iceland trip is of interest. We booked as we’ve only been to Reykjavik and there are 6 or 7 Icelandic ports plus 3 lesser traveled British isles ports. It’s also,RT Dover so it’s a direct flight for us as well as you. One other bonus is the cooler temps. good luck, Nancy

the whole thing is bizarre…can’t understand why seabourn tolerates this type of behavior and harassment of crew and passengers. Some people,are bullies both in person and online. I sailed another lux line for many years and never witnessed anyone so bad…a select few came close but nothing like,this particular guest. Nancy

Back in 2017 we took a July 3rd Serenity Alaska cruise from Vancouver, we arrived in the early afternoon on Canada day, it was a Saturday. I don’t recall any chaos at the airport but it was busy as usual, particularly going through a long line for immigration. Then again, there were several flights from Asia that arrived around the same time as we did. As far as crowds, it was very busy that weekend but it was fun, we didn’t see it as a problem. We stayed near Canada place at the shangri-la…our favorite hotel in Vancouver keep in mind that Vancouver is a very popular place, particularly in the summer months and more and more ships are sailing from there each and every year Nancy
