  3. I recall, pre Covid in 2019, penthouses and above had priority boarding. I believe this was also the case in 2021 when crystal restarted. Also, I believe those on a CP were escorted onto the ship and probably has TOP priority boarding. Nancy

  6. I checked the terms and condition section on crystals’s website and final payment for cruises under 40 days is due at 120 days. For longer than 40 days, the final payment is due at 150 days. Nancy

  9. Service on my recent odyssey cruise was significantly better than my April Ovation cruise. In addition, we found the hostesses in the restaurant and colonnade on the odyssey cruise to be very accommodating, warm and helpful. Both weeks of our recent 14 day odyssey cruise were sold out yet it did not seem crowded. We had much better weather than the current cruise. We did find the April ovation crossing somewhat crowded in several venues as we had lousy weather. We were at 75% capacity. overall, our odyssey experience was very different from jondfk. nancy

  12. If you book prior to sailing, you use your credit card to pay for the excursions. You can wait until you board to use your ship board credits but run the risk of excursions not being available. FYI, I purchased my excursions via credit card prior to boarding and was able to have my ship board credits credited back to my credit card upon boarding. All you need to do is go to the Seabourn square and have one of the guest services team take care of this…easy peasy. I’m assuming your shipboard credit will be redeemable towards your credit card.   14. we also found our chats with Captain Tim thoroughly enjoyable. we were disappointed with a couple of rescheduled shorex/venture times and know this happens based on many cruises over the years. sorry you’ve had quite a few service lapses. Overall, we found the service was really good and a major improvement over the April ovation crossing. We primarily ate dinner in the restaurant and had the same table and wait staff…this worked our so well for our party of 4. Nancy

  16. Disembarked the Odyssey 3 days ago. We had a wonderful 2 week cruise and overall we were very pleased with the dining and service. My only real service issue was getting, real fast, 1/2 and 1/2 with my morning coffee in the colonnade. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the offerings and wonderful team on the odyssey. nancy
