    Or you could take the less stressful way and order a self administered procotored test from Optum.

    The questions / requests from people sailing before you will get priority over yours. For us it is usually one to two weeks before sail date unless the Concierge has some extra time.

    We are sailing August 26th and our check-in opened last week.

    I'm not ever sure they have the correct number as some are asymptomatic with no need to test.

    We had a family cruise planned and months before the cruise my husband lost his 17 year battle with brain cancer. I left the booking as iti was. His drink package and port fees and taxes were reimbursed quickly. So sorry for your loss 💔

    I don't see them changing their policies, especially if COVID is here to stay.

    Everyone has a different account number. You can see the charges per person on the TV and on your final statement.
