Rare Copper10-8 Posted February 17, 2018 #178 Share Posted February 17, 2018 I have never sailed with Captain Bos, but have with those who did. A guest-friendly Master who was well liked. No doubt about that! Well-liked by both his crew and guests

travelnap Posted February 17, 2018 #183 Share Posted February 17, 2018 The Scots will not be happy with that one ;) Yes Copper, I always thought the MCallisters were Scottish as well, but then they were sure having a good show for their Irish Brethren. As long as they both keep making their excellent Whisky, we will have to let it slide.
Rare erewhon Posted February 17, 2018 #184 Share Posted February 17, 2018 No doubt about that! Well-liked by both his crew and guests We sailed several times with him on Volendam and there was always a great atmosphere on the ship. He has been a regular captain on Noordam downunder, a posting which he enjoyed.
