Casino survey received today.

Both my DW and I received surveys involving our casino play onboard. Took about 5 minutes to complete. Very straight forward and easy to do.

Do you think that you will get a big offer on your next cruise?? (Like big discount?)

I got one too! I was surprised that it came from Holland America instead of Club21.

It was pretty basic. Some of the same questions were on the HAL survey I got at the end of the last cruise a month ago.

One of the last questions was a list of perks you would prefer (Pick 3) and a list least preferred.

Received it as well. First time I recall seeing this.

I doubt it! I think the small discount we currently get is in line with our play, so hard to complain.

Weird! I didn't get one after my May cruise. But usually do get them. Perhaps my error. I may have thought it was just a duplicate regular HAL post-cruise survey and deleted it.

I just found it in my spam folder. Quick and easy to complete.

Has anyone ever used "urcomped.com" web site? Apparently, they broker comp or discounted cruises for casino players among various cruise lines.

I received one, too. Or maybe it was intended for my mother, who spent more money in the casino? The email did not address me by name, so I'm not sure of its intended recipient. Regardless, I filled it out and blasted any notion of allowed smoking in the casinos. I hope those days are numbered.
