there is no shuttle bus

 

there are private shuttles like Super Shuttle - these typically charge per person so unless you are solo tend to NOT be the most cost effective ... you might find a deal if you pre-book something

 

taxi is flat rate per vehicle $27 (plus tip) - there are standard sedans and mini-van types

 

and there is UBER LYFT ...

 

I've always used a taxi when needed - the ride is short and there are always plenty of taxi available

Assuming you are flying in to MIA, in which case I'd use Uber. It's the easiest airport there is to get an Uber, since you don't have to find any sort of special place to stand. You just enter the number on the door you walk out of and the Uber picks you up there. The trip to PM is quick enough and less than $20.
