YES! AnyTime Dining refers to the evening meal only.

There no set table assignments or anything for breakfast or lunch. You just show up at the dining room during the times that the meals are served and they will seat you.

Yes, but realize that it will take longer for the meal that if you ate elsewhere as you get the same pace of service you get for the evening meal. For lunch in the dining room, we usually allow a full hour in our schedule.

True...it might take a little longer but much more relaxed then bumping elbows in the buffet & trying to find a table!;)

I couldn't agree more! The buffet does get rather hectic in the mornings, to say the least!

Our secret when we're in a hurry at lunch or breakfast but still want to eat in the main dining room is to ask for a table for two. We then let our waiter know we're in a hurry--plus we don't order every course.

Yes, definitely not generally a relaxing way to start the day. We much prefer the more serene atmosphere of the dining room. We have found breakfast service to be much quicker than lunch, which does tend to take a bit longer.
