Anyone know what the cab fare is from POM to FLL airport? There will be two of us.

Uber or Lyft are good options as mentioned above. Shared shuttle service is also easy to book - about $15 per person and SAS, QLS, Go Airport and others are suggested on this board every day.

You might also consider both Uber and Lyft....which generally are less expensive than taxis. If you walk out of the terminal and see a long taxi queue...just try the Uber or Lyft apps which will tell you the wait time and fare. Always good to know your options.

Just used Lyft 2 weeks ago both ways on my cruise out of Miami from FLL... about a 5 minute wait at airport and 10 min leaving the port. Easy!

  • 2 weeks later...

This will be the first time we have flown out of Miami after a cruise that arrives at POM. Our flight leaves at 1:15 do we need to do an early disembarkation or are we fine with whatever time they give us?

You will probably be fine

You most likely will be off by 9 am & at MIA by 9:30 am

You will be fine even if you are the last person off the ship unless the ship has a four hour delay.
