We just were on Serenade for 2 weeks with Mario, which was also his last week before vacation and change to Quantum. He said he probably would not be going to Asia, needs some one with different language. So he was not sure where he would be next, truly hope it is where we can be with him again, one of the the very best concierge's ever. Miss his "good morning beautiful people.":)

Anybody know who will be the Diamond Lounge concierge for the Halloween Oasis cruise 10/27/14? Also, what would be there e-mail? Thanks!

It's impossible to know who will be in any lounge this far in advance. If you ask again in August or September, someone will be more likely to know. There is no reason to email the concierge until about a week prior to your cruise. They only work on requests one cruise ahead.

Good afternoon.

 

We are going to be sailing on the Freedom in July, and I was wanting to reserve a cabana. I was wondering if someone could provide the name and email of the concierge I could contact in advance?

I loved Mario and not happy he is leaving the Serenade as we were returning to sail her in October. His morning messages did get a little old as its a pain deleting those messages. We didn't figure out how to delete without listening to the entire call. EVERY Day, on a long cruise. But what a sweetheart he is.

Doesn't look like we've had an ALLURE update in a while. Ana Jimenez is back in the DL on Allure. She was great.

 

I assume Dexter is on vacation but wasn't able to confirm who was in the CL. Hopefully someone else can fill that in.

Dexter Fraser came back on board on March 9, and was in the Diamond Lounge for 9 weeks. On May 11, he went back to the Concierge Lounge, and that's where he is now. I talked to him yesterday. --Karen Fraser (Momma)

Does anyone know who the current concierge is on the FR? I believe it's Rahul, but not 100% sure.
