i.e

On Oasis and Allure you need a 01 or 02 in the email address since there are 2 concierges on each ship

If you need an update, I left Brilliance on April 7th and Betsy was still the Concierge. She was busy changing her own cabin, so I guess she's staying for a while.

Received an email from Betsy today stating she is signing off the ship on 2 June to commence an overdue vacation. Not sure how long she is off for but I have been told that Anis will be assigned the post until 3 July. Anyone heard of him?

As you are a Diamond member and in a suite ..both Conceirges names were on the email, Rahim for CL and Dexter for DL.

Dexter was in the DL the week of 4/15 and his business card says he is the DL concierge. I have not heard from him lately. I sent him an email this past Sunday so will see if I hear back.

Thank you. Boy that was a short vacation. He was in the DL the week of 4/15 and 4/22 I know, so he must have only had 2 to 3 weeks off. That stinks.

Yes he was on the ship on the week of the 15th. I also emailed him on the ship the week of the 22nd and he responded. I did not use his personal email. But now Eliz just told us he is on vacation, and will be back Sunday. It was a short vacation for him, so I am wondering if it was an emerency type vacation.

Perhaps he takes his vacation times in short breaks...I know he will be on Allure in December so maybe he will take another vacation before then.
