I haven't seen anyone yet but her name is on today's paperwork in the room. I've seen that mistake before on the day of the change. I can verify later.

Hi Geema I have just read on a review that Ryno Strapp was the Diamond Concierge at Christmas. Mel has been on since the 30th June so that would sound correct. Mel is still showing as the concierge on Indy so wonder if this is correct?
