Thats strange, It seemed ok for me at around 20.00hrs UK time but I did find it impossible to find any information whatsoever regarding luggage tags. The FAQs page was not working, if you clicked on a question it took you to a blank page. Its ages till we travel, just wanted to know how to request the tags or if our TA would have them sent to them. I think it may be different here in the UK.

The UK FAQs has been doing that all day. I was trying to find information earlier and was experiencing the blank white page link for hours. I gave up in the end.

 

I think you can request tags after you have completed the online check in.
