Remaining OBC

It's gone, forfeited . Go to the gift stores and charge something

No, that's not true. There are different kinds of OBC. OBC from Celebrity in any which way you get it, is use or lose. That OBC is the first that is deducted from your account. Can be used for gratuities, spa, shops, etc.

OBC given to you by your TA is like cash. If you don't use it, it will be refunded to you by way of your credit card account.

There is refundable OBC -- noted as OBC-R on your SeaPass account,

There is also non-refundable OBC -- noted as OBC-R

If you have both kinds, the ship will use the non-refundable first.

If you have non-refundable left over, you can withdraw it from the casino at a fee of 5%.

If you have refundable left over, it will be credited to your credit card account, although this can take a little while

Thanks for your info. So are both the refundable and non-refundable noted as OBC-R ? Rather confusing me thinks!

No, that was most likely just a typo.

Refundable is noted as OBC-R

Non-refundable is noted as OBC-N

If you know that you will be getting non-refundable OBC, in addition to those famous martinis it is very easy to use it up on gratuities or excursions or spa treatments or specialty restaurants or wine or photos or laundry or internet time or buying just about anything in the onboard shops.

But they would not let me use it for a deposit on a future cruise.
