Which beach on labadee is best??

My wife and I are sailing on the Allure of the seas next week, and have excursions booked for both Cozumel and Jamaica. We plan on making labadee a relaxing beach day. I know that there are a number of choices that you have in terms of beaches to go to. Which beach would you suggest and why?? Thanks! I have heard that some of the beaches and water are quite rocky, and would like to avoid that.

Thanks

We like Nellie's Beach. We set up loungers in the shade, and are good for the entire time! (just remember to bring a few dollars to tip the guys who set up the chairs for you)

Actually, any beach on the side of the peninsula that faces the ship would be fine for swimming. The beaches on the side that faces the zipline are more rocky and have a rougher surf, and are not as "safe" for swimming.

Nellies is a nice "busy" beach with the water structures for the kids, but, it is also enjoyable if you like to people watch.

Columbus cove is a little less hectic and nice waters.

Enjoy we love Labadee

I don't believe there are any kiddie structures at Nellies beach. Just a calm cove with cabanas lining the outside shores.

Thats correct, I referred to the structures in the water that you pay to use.

I like Nellie's Beach also. Get there early, hopefully before another ship arrives, grab a chair and relax. So peaceful. I'm going in November and luckily we are the only ship there. Can't wait.
