Elite Laundry on B2B

If we take 3- and 4-day cruises back to back, when is the best time to send out laundry? Can it be done on the last day of the 3-day cruise? Sending it out the second day seems too early, and waiting until the second day of the 4-day cruise seems too long.

If you have a few things immediately send them out, and send them out again at the start of the 4 day. Last day of 3 day could really confuse them.

Your cabin steward will know that you're taking a B2B.

We've sent ours out on the last day of the first sailing when taking B2B cruises. :)

I would expect real good service since there aren't usually that many people sending in clothes to be cleaned.

I have sent my laundry out the morning of the day before turnaround day on a B2B with no problems.

 

In fact, I received them back the same evening - even though I had not requested same-day service.

 

There should be no problem - especially if you're staying in the same cabin. They should be able to handle it even if you're changing cabins.

We try to plan ahead and not send clothes the last day of a cruise or on embarkation day of the next cruise, for the reason given above. On the rare occasion we have sent something, it was returned the final evening. They don't want passenger laundry over turnaround day.

Thanks. That is what I was thinking--avoiding sending it out on turnaround day. I can work around it if we end up booking these cruises instead of a week-long one.
