Princess web site acting up?

I was wondering if anyone has tried to use the cruise personalizer yesterday or today (Tuesday Wednesday) It tells me my email or password are wrong- they aren't.... AND if I try the forgot the password- tells me my email is wrong! SO... is it the site or what?

 

Any advice???? THANKS!

 

Oh... yeah... did anyone try to look at Ruby's bridge cam? Any clue why it isn't working?

Same thing happened to me. I had to re-register on the web-site. Got my access back, linked instantly to my booked cruises.

 

Strangely enough, my wife's account was fine.

People that registered for the online contest sent by Princess email, lost their email and password info to get into Personalizer. There is a thread about this.Something in that email eleminated your email and password info.

Call Princess, Captain's circle needs to reset your email, then they send you an email with temp password. Then once in using that, you can change the password.

Do not go in and re register. Princess says don't do that.

I have had the same problem all day long from different computers and different internet providers. It is clearly a Princess problem.

Same issues here too. I just re-registered and all is fine now. called princess after the fact after reading not to do that and they said no problem with re-registering.

I called and they gave me a temp password over the phone. Said not to change it for a few days. I signed up for the contest.

I entered contest and then couldn't get into Princess website. I just registered and got in with no problem.

Thanks, also, from me. I registered again. I was going through to the Cruise Personalizer with my booking numbers, but it's a lot easier to get there by signing in.
