headhunterke Posted February 27, 2016 #3 Share Posted February 27, 2016 As LHT28 has mentioned, your best shot will be reading through the subpage for St. Kitts on the link. I have had a great time at the Brimstone Fortress. Spectacular views, great history and awesome to explore on your own. But beware, you have to be fit to manage the slopes and stairs. gadaboutgal Posted February 28, 2016 #5 Share Posted February 28, 2016 We enjoyed Carambolla Beach Club in Friars Bay the last time we were there. Nice beach and restaurant there. We had been cruising to St Kitts for several years, but after the first time thinking there was nothing left to do we would choose not to get off the ship. However, someone on CC recommended the beach club at Friars and we found it to be very nice. About $4 per person for a taxi there.

Beachdude Posted March 2, 2016 #15 Share Posted March 2, 2016 (edited) Our family did the Safari Zip line a few months ago and we won't do it again. We have done several of these over years, so we kind of know our way around them. While the equipment is excellent, the operators are reckless and cocky. Their behavior is an accident waiting to happen. More than once the operators showed off by riding the zip lines without connecting their harness to the pulley; they just held on with their hands and arms. And several tourist riders were sent down the line before the previous rider was unhooked at the other end. These zip lines aren't that long. Small things, but we have never seen such recklessness before. Burt Edited March 2, 2016 by Beachdude
