My nephew is on board and after they let two decks leave they stopped. According to him they had police enter the ship.

 

Does anyone know anything?

Why? It was an honest answer...someone is likely suspected of a crime. Police don't get involved usually if it is a "typical" death (ships have morgues and death onboard is very common). And drugs are another big ship target. If a K9 alerted to a suitcase, I can assure you they are tracking down the owner....

I'm thinking whoever was aboard the ship got a rumor...and not something accurate. Lots of crimes aren't news worthy (assaults, robberies, thefts, drugs etc.); so unless it was a homicide, it doesn't surprise me that there is no story...and no other posts following up.

On a review I read for a different site, the passenger said there was speculation of a rape of a minor. Can't find it anywhere else so it is only hearsay right now.

My daughter checked the local news and found nothing about this. If cops were there and this was true you would read something.
