Who is your concierge? Was on the Gem this summer and Monica said she was heading to the Dawn. I hope she is there in December when we are there. Thanks. Have a great cruise!

Interesting... we noticed none of that, and thought all of the public areas were well maintained. We even mentioned the possibility of staying there next time.
