I checked online at 3am this morning after I got home from work and saw the price of one of my cruises went down $70 with the new sale. Checked again when I got up today and price had gone back up. They didn't want to make a new booking...they were trying to catch a price drop...the advice to press 2 for new booking was so a human would pick up...instead of being caught in the endless recorded loop... Just because it's 3 a.m. in Denver doesn't make it 3 a.m. across Europe, Asia, Australia... Ha.
