Yes, but select the option to book a new cruise and then a human will answer the phone.

Thanks. I checked online at 3am this morning after I got home from work and saw the price of one of my cruises went down $70 with the new sale.

 

Checked again when I got up today and price had gone back up.

 

I'll know better next time if the price drops again.

Thanks. I checked online at 3am this morning after I got home from work and saw the price of one of my cruises went down $70 with the new sale.

 

Checked again when I got up today and price had gone back up.

 

I'll know better next time if the price drops again.

Sometimes they are a little slow on price drops...I've seen drops posted here before getting a notice from there...

They didn't want to make a new booking...they were trying to catch a price drop...the advice to press 2 for new booking was so a human would pick up...instead of being caught in the endless recorded loop...

If you press the option for existing reservation it will tell you that the office is closed after hours. But if you press 2 for new bookings someone will answer and they can give you the price drop

Well, seeing as how they have sailings around the world. Just because it's 3 a.m. in Denver doesn't make it 3 a.m. across Europe, Asia, Australia... Ha. So to me it makes perfect sense to have at least one person live 24/7 (and since I work in the hospitality, travel industry myself...)

Even though we booked on board and transferred to a TA, we need to talk to them when we have booked the drink package and excursions and they some how manage to mess something up. SURPRISE!

 

And we can and do call at all hours.

 

Other than that we let the TA handle everything.
