Rare 81Zoomie Posted December 2, 2017 #1 Share Posted December 2, 2017 I just got a message From my TA that Celebrity had a “computer glitch” (imaging that 😮) and the no longer has the deposit I paid for my 2018 cruise on Nov 14. If someone took your money for the deposit, that someone needs to have a record of it. I suspect this is a problem your TA is having with Celebrity. I'd start gathering whatever payment proof documentation you have now. If they try to book you at a different price, push back. Shadow9612 Posted December 3, 2017 #6 Share Posted December 3, 2017 There used to be a feature on the website to 'add a reservation' to your online profile, by typing in the reservation number, ship name, sail date, and your name.
