Anyone Else Receive Computer Glitch Notification?

I just got a message From my TA that Celebrity had a “computer glitch” (imaging that 😮) and the no longer has the deposit I paid for my 2018 cruise on Nov 14. The cruise is now totally gone from my reservations on the Celebrity website. Did anyone else have a similar problem?

You definitely need more info. If someone took your money for the deposit, that someone needs to have a record of it. I suspect this is a problem your TA is having with Celebrity. I'd start gathering whatever payment proof documentation you have now. If they try to book you at a different price, push back. If they're not giving you a straight answer, contact Celebrity directly and explain what's going on.
