Discounted "Casino" rates ...explain please

We're going in two weeks on the Regal. Currently, the low prices are not showing up for me. I wonder if I'll get more offers after we complete this cruise. We went on the Royal in December at a casino rate and received the offer that I used to book our Regal cruise nine days after finishing that cruise.

these rates are torture for me when i cannot arrange to go. after having to miss a january $99 deal. i have some offers that expire next week for 99 as well. 4 different dates in april/march but my companion cannot get off work and it wouldnt be as fun without her. another 8 nite is only 149. dang these are great deals.

of course airfare to FLL for spring break is astronomical and that eats up some of the savings. but still not a bad deal

for the record ive only been on princess once and doubt i put more than 60 of my own money in a slot. so everyone really should play the slots a bit to see if they can get these great deals. also i missed the email so it pays to check your account logged in every single day! over christmas i had a 500 dollar balcony offer for a 2 week cruise. but i didnt want to go alone. i almost regret not going now for that price.

It's really torture for those of us that don't get the offer!  Especially when I hear people say, "I don't really gamble that much"!!  Are they under estimating or could that really be true?  Do you only get it if you gamble at the tables?  Or the slots too?
Inquiring minds want to know!

i only play slots and for the record i sailed princess a 2nd time last october and gf and I put at least 120 in the machine and no deals on cruises. so i think it was a one time deal

These casino specials, do you get them if you book through Princess cruises sales desk or can you ask for them from your travel agent and they contact Princess for a 'casino discounted' price? I am very interested in getting more as OBC and a lower fare, as most of us are.

We first received our offer of casino discounted cruises in 2012, then again in 2014.  Ours came in an email from Jan Swartz.  The offer does not expire and we have used it on every cruise since.  I always ask my cruise planner if my discount will apply to a certain cruise.  On one occasion, it did not but I found that it would apply if we traveled on the next cruise to the same destination, so that's what we did.  It is also can be combined with other discount offers.

I don't know why we got this deal.  My DW does very little slot play but I kind of make up for her with my casino time, but we both received the offer.

My TA always asks for the "casino price".  We are yet to get one.

I'd settle for getting the last minute offers sent to us that we signed up for years ago.  Their system always shows that we have signed up when we are on the phone with them but consistently fail to get one!  I fail to understand their lack of marketing to us after 11 cruises and 3 FCC's (each) sitting on the books.  No wonder the CCL stock plummeted yesterday based on lousy forward projections ~ they simply don't market well to their base.....
