I am so happy to report that the mattress in my room is very soft.

 

It does not appear to be new. It is a pillow top and has another mattress pad added!!

 

Hoping that that we are as fortunate as you. Our mattresses on the Anthem this past January were the new hard mattresses. They were worn. Felt the springs in the middle, very firm on the perimeter. A year ago we experienced very firm mattresses in good condition. Miss the pillow tops!

Just curious did you purchase the Voom Package? wanted to know how good was the WiFI I have heard a couple reports that it has not been good hoping they did do an upgrade on that too. Thanks

 

 

 

We were on AOS in July and the internet was good. I had to work one day and had I had no issues.

If it’s not labeled Concierge Lounge, you are out of luck. Suite means only that. Too many D+ these days.

As of this post I cannot tell. The doors are open and there was no concierge working in either lounge.
