Double points with X CC when Booking Flights by Celebrity?

I know I receive double points when booking a cruise using X CC but do I receive double points when booking flight thru Flights by Celebrity?

 

Called number on card & ended up with RCCL crown & anchor society person who said yes but I have gotten wrong answers about as often as I have gotten correct answers.

 

Anybody know for sure?

I am presuming you mean concierge class of cabin when sailing solo? Then yes. But there are no celebrity points for flights. You would get airline loyalty miles though.

Yes I did. Booked flights through Choice Air to Australia/ New Zealand for cruise on Celebrity. I just looked it up and got double points but shows it was through RCCL. I used my Celebrity CC.

CC in this context is not Concierge Class, it’s credit card.

 

Your Flight by Celebrity becomes part of the cruise booking. As such, it earns double points.

CC can be credit card, Concierge Class and Cruise Critic. It’s all in the context.

I asked that question when I called Flights by Celebrity (or whatever name they were using then.) Should I use my AMEX card for my Delta flight, and thus earn extra Delta miles? Or my Celebrity BoA CC and thus earn extra BoA points? The lady was a bit confused by the question, so I rephrased; does the charge show on my card account as a Celebrity charge or as a Delta Airline charge? Celebrity? Great, here is my BoA CC number...

The confusion probably stems from the abbreviation "CC". It's sometimes used for Captains Club, Cruise Critic or credit card.
