NO. The lines would be too long. Too many people just would not get 'enough' go kart time (according to their own standards), and some people may not get ANY go kart time because of the mobs & crowds & lines. I can't see how this could possibly work. Greedy Greedy Greedy NCL

Yes. They were at least for Haven guests and it was$99/ per person. We were there without kids but everyone in line ahead of us the first day were buying them. I personality saw 7-8 families buying them. They said no reservations are necessary and that there is a different line for unlimited pass holders. I did not see the racetrack in action however. Although I was in the concierge area quite a bit. Heard questions / complaints about many things but didn’t hear anyone with the unlimited pass complaining.
