touesns Posted July 29, 2018 #1 Share Posted July 29, 2018 Hi everyone! Here's hoping someone has the recipes for the 2 Martini's that my husband and I had on the Carribean Princess: Quantum of Solace Martini, and Skyfall Martini. At the time the staff wrote the recipes down for us and now that I want to make them, I cannot find the recipes. :(:loudcry: Here's hoping with my fingers crossed! Thanks Sharon
bagney Posted July 29, 2018 #2 Share Posted July 29, 2018 While I don't have the specific amounts for those two martini's, I do have a photo of the menu from the ship with the ingredients listed. These are two of my favorites from the Bond Collection! Quantum of Solace: Absolute Citron, Chambord, and grapefruit juice Skyfall: Stolichnaya, Triple Sec and Blue Curaçao Hope this helps! OCruisers Posted July 29, 2018 #7 Share Posted July 29, 2018 We bought a deck of playing cards at Crooner's with martini recipes on them.
minikiss Posted July 29, 2018 #8 Share Posted July 29, 2018 Do you happen to have the "Dunes"?- my wife's go-to the Dunes recipe is as follows 3/4oz of coconut rum 3/4oz of melon liqueur 3/4oz of banana liqueur 1/2oz of pineapple juice 1/2oz of sweet and sour shake vigorously with ice, stain and serve in a pre chill martini glass. A dunes is my favourite drink in Crooners. It will also be the first drink I order when we board the Sapphire in 2 weeks time. I also have a deck of the playing cards and neither the skyfall or Quantum of Solace Martini's are amongst the recipes in the pack. Dunes is also not one of them I wrote to Princess and they sent me it. Enjoy Jules

Thrak Posted July 30, 2018 #11 Share Posted July 30, 2018 Next time you cruise ask the staff at Crooner's if they have any of their special decks of playing cards. There is a recipe on every one. :)
