taglovestocruise Posted July 31, 2018 #26 Share Posted July 31, 2018 Thank you for the help, the ones that really did help. I was unaware that milk was available. I thought that it had to be purchased. For all the critics, I sure did enjoy reading them, it gave some entertainment for a simple question. By the way, she only drinks water and milk. It is the only 24/7 snack place onboard
Toofarfromthesea Posted July 31, 2018 #27 Share Posted July 31, 2018 One would hope, but still people reply like it is a real thing. It is truly amazing how easily people get sucked in. ONECRUISER Posted July 31, 2018 #28 Share Posted July 31, 2018 The "fridge" in the room is not cold enough to store milk. Please do not do this, thinking it will be fine. I got sick doing this - the fridge is not much more than a cooler, although some have reported varying degrees (oh, haha!) of coldness in various cabins on various ships. ;) Agree, but most ship's I've found if you prop open the outer door that conceals the cooler, able to drop temps in it by about 5 degrees... They are not "out" at other meals, but staff can easily get them - just ask. In the main dining room milk is always available when you order. Cafe promenade is another place where milk is readily available. I agree with other posters that the cabin coolers are not usually cold enough for milk for an extended period of time. time4u2go Posted July 31, 2018 #30 Share Posted July 31, 2018 Seriously, who cares if she shares OJ with her child. It is amazing how many people suck into these silly threads, with their black and white rules. Good grief..... sigh.... OOOHHHMMMMM... JC< ==== assuming yoga position The question was not whether anyone would care. The question was "are we allowed to give her one of our drinks". Technically they're not allowed to. Grandma Dazzles Posted August 1, 2018 #33 Share Posted August 1, 2018 Thank you, that really helps. Sent from my SM-G950U using Forums mobile app You are welcome - enjoy your cruise! Assuming you know, but in the main dining room I would definitely take a Sippy cup for the milk. In the Windjammer milk is in cartons, but MDR usually served in a glass - big and heavy for a 2-year-old.
ShawninFL Posted August 1, 2018 #34 Share Posted August 1, 2018 And I thought that the OP was joking...…………….. So did I. But it cracks me up at all the people on here saying you can't give your 2 year old a few sips out of your glass.
renata102 Posted August 14, 2018 #35 Share Posted August 14, 2018 We are going on Allure of the Seas in May 19 and my daughter will be 2 years old. My husband and I are getting a drink package that includes soda, milk, juice, and water does my daughter who is only 2 need to have one or are we allowed to give her one of our drinks. Milk juice when water is included. Soda package adds soda. Does your 2 year old drink $10 a day worth of soda? :o
