Koningsdam Dry Dock

Koningsdam is scheduled for dry dock in early December. Does HAL announce ship enhancements in advance of the dry dock?

Generally no, unless a major change is coming. But sometimes word leaks out. If you do a search you will find a discussion or two. It is not anticipated much will change on KDam as she is only a couple of years old.. Things don't have to change greatly in a drydock. Sometimes it is mostly routine maintenance and replacement.

HAL have already announced that Koningsdam will receive the new 'Rolling Stone Rock Room' as an addition to the Music Walk. They will be changing the layout of deck 2 to accommodate these changes.

You call this a rant?? I am very allergic to smoke. Last cruise on HAL was 5 yrs ago on Zuiderdam. Had to walk through the casino to get from MDR to theater. I started going up or down a floor to do it because I couldn't breath. Glad you don't mind the smoke.
