Celebrity Reflection Aqua Class Room Question

I am trying to get information on Cabin 1586.

 

1)  Do you know if this room has cabins above and below it?

 

2)  How deep is the overhang above the balcony?  The DW loves lots of sun!

 

Any information I can get is appreciated!

The cabin has cabins above & below.  I haven’t stayed in forward of mid ship so can’t comment on the overhang.  You may find more info if you check tge S Class cabin sticky at the start of this forum.

Looking at the deckplan, the overhang from the Lido deck (2 decks up) is about 3 times the depth of the balcony - about 10 feet beyond the balcony railing.

This is good as she will get her sun and it may be good for any rain.   Thanks!

1. Yes, there are cabins above and below that level. 

2. Last year we were in cabin 1560, about  10 or 12 in doors forward of that cabin. There is a deep overhang, but we had lots of sun.  Judging by some of my pics, the angle of the sun varied by time of day and direction of travel. As I recall, we had a good balance of shade and sun. 

This aqua class cabin was very nice. (Not part of your question, but I remember Blu was super crowded that sailing.). We were on 3 sailings in a row (B2B2B). After this we went into a signature suite (fabulous!) and then to a corner aft sky suite  (great views with lots and lots of sun.). We like the Reflection and will sail again in a signature suite in a couple of weeks.

I am a sun lover and there was little sun between the peak tanning hours.  I went upstairs to the pool deck to get sun during those times.  Great for shade lovers.   Depending on the direction of travel, you will get early morning or late afternoon sun.  This is due to the overhang.  If you look a few floors beneath you, there is more sun on the balcony.
