Crepes on Getaway

On Breakaway, it was every evening at dinner.

However, they were overcooking them to a freaking crisp, unlike on Jade. We had to ask to cook them for half the time.

In my experience, they were generally only dessert crepes.  No savory or entree crepes.

They are next to the pizza station.

They served them from 5pm-9pm on the Getaway this month. You can have the big one that they make or ask for a smaller one. 

My first one was a small one and I walked over to the hard ice cream station and asked for a small scoop of vanilla ice cream for my crepe so he offered to put it directly on the plate. It was so good.

On the last night I went all out and got a big one with mixed berry filling and no ice cream. 

If  you ask for chocolate they usually put in on the inside but I like mine on top and they no problem with that. They also put way too much whip cream so I always asked for just a little bit. Had to spread my calories out. 😂

They made them every evening in the buffet on the Star in January. We requested them to be made South African pancake style (rolled with cinnamon and sugar inside) and the chefs did a great job making them as requested. We usually went up to the buffet at about 8:30 in the evening and there was rarely a wait.
