Meals in kids club?

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know if meals and snacks are served or permitted in Adventure Ocean for the 3-4 year old age group? Last time we cruised, our daughter was 1 and we could bring her meals to the tots nursery. They would warm it up and feed her at the time we requested but I don't know what the food and meal situation would be in Adventure Ocean for toddlers/kids.

This would be the Adventure Ocean Aquanauts for this age group. If you're there for the dinner time I know they take them as a group to sit in a closed off area of the WJ and their served by the waitstaff. Sorry haven't used the kids club during the lunch times.

I know if they are there for dinnertime, they will provide at a certain time.  For Aquanauts, Explorers, and Voyagers they'll serve lunch for them on Port days; I think other days they close at noon and reopen at 2:00pm but I don't know how they handle the nursery children.

Thank you for your replies. Seems some inconsistency? Bearette says they don't feed but then others say they do. In the nursery when my baby was 15 months old, I had to bring all her food (tupperware, pouches, milk, puffs, etc) and they would feed it in the nursery in highchairs.

I hope in Aquanauts they will feed the kids as you say. My daughter eats dinner at 5:30/6pm-ish so would rather pick her up after she has dinner so my husband and I can have dinner on our own a couple nights.

Unless things have changed since my daughter was in the younger kids club there are nights that you would sign up for and the counselors take the children to the windjammer to eat. Things on the larger ships may be different. When my daughter was younger they closed the club around lunch time for a few hours. Again on the larger ships it may be different.

Your original post asked if meals/snacks were served in AO.  As others have answered, no, they do not. They will take the children as a group to the Windjammer to eat dinner; time can vary slightly, but around 5:30. Hope that helps

Great thanks all! It would be really fun for her to go to WJ for dinner with a group.

It is fun for them..Our grandson enjoyed this every evening. We would have him there (Aquanauts) by the 5:30pm time they requested and they would take them to the WJ for dinner. Then after dinner back to the kids club for the evening scheduled activities. We then picked him up approx 9:30 - 10:00pm each evening him participated. Just an amazing staff we had on Radiance and Harmony. Getting ready to take the extended family again (which includes 4 grandkid's ...  two 4 year olds for the Aquanauts and two 6 year olds for the Explorer's) on Harmony next May.
