Dress Code on Equinox

We were on the Equinox in June and didn’t see anyone in formal clothes. A few men had on suits or sports jackets. Some women wore dresses (not formal but there were a few cocktail dresses) or dress slacks with a nice blouse.

That's because "celebrities" don't wear t-shirts.... right?

The ones that were referred to are usually white but not always  ( like  ribbed men's underwear)  and are sleeveless.... A real appetite booster in the buffet!

Actually, my granddaughter is a "celebrity" and always dresses very well.  Especially on the red carpet!  Yes, when playing basketball or shopping she does wear a tee shirt- but otherwise always dresses as if photographers are following her! Perhaps people should have the same attitude- dress like a photographer is taking your picture and posting it!

Doesn't anyone eat peanuts?!

Just received a big can of  redskin peanuts for my birthday.  Have had not them in many years.  They are good!  Will bring a small can on the next cruise.

Maybe its just me- but what is so hard about respecting the dress code?  Even our young grand kids dressed up and loved it on formal night

Because we’re on our holidays and just want to relax and chill, not worry about what we have to wear.

On a normal Mediterranean holiday the shorts and sandals go on just after arriving, and stay on until just before we leave. Just seems to be mad faffing about with long trousers etc on holiday.

However after taking at least 15 summer month cruises,  the ships temperature is very cool,  so trousers and a jacket work for many-  I have found myself wearing a sweater or some type of covering in the evenings and afternoons- not on deck of course but in the inside venues of the ship.

Wife also takes some sought of cover up since she is often cold.
