It depends what the source of the OBC is.

If it came as a perk from NCL at booking you should see it on your confirmation PDF.

If you purchased it you should have an amenities confirmation reflecting it.

If it is from ownership of NCL stock it won't show up on MyNCL.

If it is a perk from a TA it won't show up on MyNCL

NCL stock OBC doesn't show on MyNCL but it will show on edocs as code TG100.

I believe that all OBC should show on edocs, regardless of the source - so if it is missing from your edocs I would contact NCL.

Note if dealing with a TA have a separate invoice with all the perks OBC bennies promos

plainly shown in black and white - the eDocs don't show everything and is used to register

your cruise reservation at the time of check-in at the port and to provide the do-it-yourself

printed luggage tags.

We got $950 in OBC when the price of our cruise dropped after final payment, but I don't see that on the Edocs or online. How do I make sure that will be available when we get on the ship? (The Joy, sailing 11/24).

Thank you.

it does show up on the myNCL webpage. On the left side where it says Reservation At-a-Glance with the sail dates, under that says Onboard Credit. This amount shows the total OBC. If you have the stock OBC, then it should say 100 dollars and if you have any kind of obc from ncl then it will have 100+what ever.

for my cruise in November, my stock OBC is listed as code TG50 with a qty of 2.

If you booked with a TA,  they might remove seeing the OBC from your myNCL account like what i can see booking direct with NCL

my mistake.  The total OBC does show on the left but not in the details - so I show $250 in the "Offer upgrades" section but $350 in the reservation at a glance.  eDocs should give a detailed listing of everything, so if something is missing the OP needs to contact NCL.

My booking is through a TA but no credits from them (although I'm not sure where all the OBC is coming from on this trip - thought it was only $150 when I booked - but I'm not complaining!).  I get my "TA bonus" in the form of a check when I return.
